Diaper cover
The upper briefs serve as an impermeable but breathable outer layer. They are excellent for their wide use, as not only insert diapers, but also classic square diapers can be inserted into them. They are also great in combination with a panty diaper for nighttime or longer walks.
The advantage of overpants is that it is not always necessary to change the entire panty, but only the inner absorbent layer needs to be changed, thanks to which you can use it for multiple changes.
